By accessing or using the Capital Intelligence Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to upload malicious content, attempt to access other organizations' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Apollo, Snov.io, OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft 365). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service with reasonable notice when possible.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy's data retention section.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
